Transitional Housing
Housing Assistance: We offer safe and supportive housing in a transitional living home, and we assist individuals in finding permanent housing options.
Life Skills Training: We provide workshops to develop essential skills such as budgeting, cooking, and time management. We offer training in self-care, stress management, and interpersonal skills, along with crisis intervention and support services.
Employment Readiness Programs: We provide job training and skills development workshops, assist with resume building and interview preparation, and collaborate with local businesses to create job placement opportunities
Health and Wellness Programs: We coordinate access to physical health services, including primary care and psychiatric care, and offer nutritional education and fitness programs to promote overall well-being.
Transportation Assistance: We help navigate public transportation systems and offer access to transportation resources for job interviews and appointments.
